Delivery Policy

Dispatch: – All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery same day if your order is received before 3.30pm (or Express Delivery if requested and paid for). All orders will need to be signed for. Each order has a Royal Mail Tracking Number which enables the client to track the order. It is the responsibility of the client to track their order.

International Deliveries: Please see text during checkout for your selected method of delivery to your country. Airsure is the default method of delivery for all international destinations.

Returns due to unavailable signatory: If Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signature, the package is not collected from a Royal Mail sorting office or an alternative time is not arranged with Royal Mail for re-delivery, then an additional charge for postage will be levied (once the original package is returned to us) and re-dispatched.

Guarantee. All items are produced with the finest ingredients. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, once the item is returned we will refund you your money excluding the postage costs.

Data Protection Act. We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. Please see our Privacy Policy page here.

Credit Card payments. All online credit card payments are secured, e.g. by a third party or SSL/128 bit encryption using PayPal.

We also allow a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period for returns.

Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations: You may cancel your order by notifying us in email at sales@ipromaxim.com up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. Please state your order number and reason for cancellation.

If you cancel your order after dispatch the products, then you must email or call us to confirm initially. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service

You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

Pricing Policy

The price displayed on products will be the price quoted on this Web Site at the time of order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of postage & packaging.

Unless stated free delivery or delivery included you will have to pay delivery charges as quoted in the checkout before your order is committed The amount for delivery varies according to the method, weight and the delivery address for your order.

Payment is made using PayPal account or credit card at the PayPal page at the time we accept your order. Refunds will be made via PayPal.

Every effort is made regarding the content on this site, there may occasionally be errors and items may be mis-priced. In this event we would contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or cancel the order and notify you, which ever we feel appropriate and is at our discretion. We are under no obligation to ful-fil goods shown with incorrect prices.
